Lands End Nainital

Land's End makes one to feel like to reach at a dead end of land here. Positioned at an altitude of 2118 meters and about 4 kms from Nainital city, Land's End provides superb views of Khurpatal, nearby villages and forests. Land's End can be effortlessly reached with short trek or on horse.

History of Land's End Nainital

Land's End is exactly the place where Nainital city comes to a dead end or from which there is no way to go in or way out. It become well-liked and famed only after people started coming here to decide the reason and satisfy their interest as to why it was called Land's End. After visiting this place the reason became fairly obvious and very soon travelers started coming in flocks as it also offers a charming sight of the green lush green valley marked with small villages around the nearest hilly area. Furthermore, you also get a panoramic vision of the lively 'Khurpa Lake' or 'Khurpa Tal', which holds inactive but gemstone clear water. You as well get to see the plantation and fields being ploughed over terraced hills which lend the floating place a rural attraction and a pure feel of the countryside.
